Andrea was extremely helpful throughout my entire relocation process. She is prompt, knowledgeable, and has a great enthusiasm. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the Johnson City area!

Very professional and thorough. Communicated effectively with us and with the seller and seller's agent. A pleasure to work with. Resolved issues quickly and effectively. Provided Inspection and Legal contacts that were equally effective. Andrea has surrounded herself with a great team.

Leann was on top of everything. Felt very well represented & she worked well with other realtor. Leann made the deal happen & guided us well over our side's glitches. We could have lost our #1 house! Thanks, Leann!

We worked with Leann Mahaffey to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Leann’s incredible work. She brought in a wonderful photographer and videographer to showcase our home, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She also helped stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Her marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! Leann was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and helped us close in less than 30 days! She was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers!). She was so responsive and is the sweetest person. We had a great experience and recommend her to all of our friends! She would do a live walk-through video, when we were unable to make it down. Whenever a house in the area and surrounding areas would come up she would send us information immediately. If I had any questions from the schools to what the rules of the state of buying a house was she was able to answer them quickly. We ended up purchasing a house from out of state so I cannot write her negotiation skills. Thank you so much Leann we really appreciate all the help. My son had Kay as his realtor when he was looking to purchase his 1st home. She was very professional & she would work around his schedule. She helped him every step of the way as he had no idea what to expect in the closing process. She is the greatest at what she does. She totally cares about her clients treating each one like family. My husband & I had Kay & Ben to list our house - It sold in 2 days. We were relocating to another town and Kay even traveled to our new location to help us find another house. I have & will continue to refer my friends & family to Kay & Ben. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

Kay was very helpful in assisting us with the initial purchase of our home in East Tennessee. She went above and beyond our expectations, driving us around to help familiarize us with the area, helping to reduce the confusion that comes with moving into a new area. Subsequently, we elected to sell our home to relocate to another state. Once again, Kay was very helpful in getting maximum exposure in marketing our house. Kay genuinely cares about her clients and sincerely makes every effort within her power to achieve success in both the purchase and sell of a home.

I moved from SC to TN and was so blessed to have found Lauren. She drove me around town on several occasions and was always available for anything I needed throughout the buying process. She is a native of this beautiful state and is very in tune to the area. You will not be disappointed to have Lauren on your side for your next home purchase.

Sara was a fantastic agent to work with!! She was always prompt to appointments and provided all the information requested!! Sara goes above and beyond to provide an exceptional buying experience!! You will NOT be disappointed if you work with her for all your buying and selling needs!!

Mrs. Banks was extremely helpful with every step of the process of buying a home. Being a first time home buyer, I had many questions and she was willing to walk me through each step of the process. I also had many questions that weren't always readily available, such as utility bills and tax information. Sara would find the information, and forward it to me often within just a few hours. If you are looking for an excellent realtor to make the home buying process as streamline as possible, Sara Banks is an excellent choice!

Jacob Rogers showed us several houses and helped find our dream home!! He was very professional and patient with both my husband and I. I would strongly recommend him to anyone!! We will definitely be using Jacob when it comes time to sale our current house.
